At Excellente, my wife and I bring over 10 years of experience in care and support work. We decided to combine our passion and start a small, family-run company with only 3 support workers. Our focus is not on numbers but on quality care.

We are looking for participants who want reliable, consistent, and long-term support, rather than changing workers all the time. Our goal is to care for only 5 participants, so we can build strong bonds, provide the best care, and create lasting relationships. We welcome both self-managed and plan-managed participants who are seeking trustworthy and committed support.
